Save $100 on rent!

Maintenance
Mold and mildew can be a big problem in the warmer months. Here are some tips to prevent and treat it:
- Always use the fan while showering, and when you're done, leave the fan running for 5 minutes.
- Always provide air circulation--open your windows an inch or so for an hour each day.
- If you need to clean existing mold, use bleach (1 capful per gallon) and water.
The summer months are ideal for taking care of maintenance issues, so please let us know if you have any problems in your apartment. If you have any questions or urgent problems, contact Apartment Managers Ryan or Marissa immediately.
