 Our family has been involved in the Seattle real estate market since 1955. In 1975, I graduated from the University of Washington with a business degree and went directly into real estate sales. Over the course of my career, I have been involved in building and developing a number of real estate properties. My goal has been to keep them as a long term investment, therefore maintaining these properties, and keeping good relations with the tenants, is very important to me. We strive to provide safe, clean, and affordable housing.
  Ryan and Marissa Kingsbury are married and have been been working in apartment management and maintenance for ten years. Property maintenance and tenant satisfaction are their highest priorities. |
